Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I write about books, food, wine and travel.

Book Mail Mondays

Book Mail Mondays

My favorite thing on Mondays? Book mail!!!! ๐Ÿ“–

Thank youย @jkscommunicationsย for these copies. I canโ€™t wait to curl up with some tea and a blanket and forget all about the fact that we might get snow this week. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ‚

Oh yes. You read that right - snow. Its September and there is several days of snow in our forecast - and a special weather advisory out. That seems wild, considering its still technically summer, but it really is just right in line with how things have been this year. And letโ€™s be serious - this is Canada. Snow happens.

Most interesting is how the threat of snow (which undoubtedly melt) has launched me into full fall appreciation mode. I am all in! Give me all the pumpkins and pretty colored leaves and crisp autumn air! I will take it all in full gratitude as long as you donโ€™t replace it with permanent snow JUST yet. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ‚

This crisp, cool air also has me very much in a tea-kind of mood. I love me a strong cup of coffee, but I really donโ€™t want to drink coffee at 8 pm (unless it has Baileys in it, at which point, I will accept this beverage ANY TIME). I have been steadily working through my many (many, many) variations of tea at home, and I am finally to a place where restocking is in the cards.

So todayโ€™s question for my fellow tea loving bookworms - to restock for the fall, I want to hear your faves! What should I add to my collection to get me through the cool days? โ˜•๏ธ

Happy Monday my friends! ๐Ÿ‚
