Sock Sunday + Book Club Chats + HOME
Ahhhhh the pure luxury of a #socksunday at home! I’ve been sprawled out in my she shed, watching the sun come up with my coffee while I make a list of reviews to get caught up on today (Exhibit A: these books), and get the chat ready for our @northernlightsreads discussion on this beauty (Exhibit B: If You Want To Make God Laugh). Vinny, on the other hand, refused to participate in today’s picture because he’s on his own chair in the she shed where he can see outside and bark at the squirrel that lives in the tree. 🤦🏼♀️😂 He has his own version of Sunday, but it’s more like #squirrelsunday and it’s noisy.
I’m also debating how much energy I have and whether I should tackle some errands today. Sometimes I prefer a very lazy Sunday, but also, being an adult isn’t always cooperative with that. Or life.
Where do you guys stand on this? Sunday is for errands or Sunday is for doing not a damn thing?
Ok buddies, back to my quiet sanctuary of relaxation and squirrel guarding. 😉 Have an amazing day, whatever it looks like. xx
